Policy and Procedures

Ball & Knowledge Inc. is dedicated to delivering top-tier business consulting and financial strategy solutions for athletes, professionals, and organizations. To ensure a transparent and client-focused experience, the following policies guide our services:

  • All consultations, workshops, and strategy sessions must be scheduled in advance through our website or by contacting our office directly.

  • Clients will receive an initial consultation summary and service agreement outlining deliverables, fees, and timelines prior to the commencement of services.

  • Confidentiality is a core value. All client information and discussions will be kept strictly confidential unless written permission is given to share specific details.

  • Payments for individual sessions or packages are due in advance, unless otherwise agreed in writing

​

  • For ongoing services, clients will receive itemized invoices and payment will be due within 7 days of receipt unless otherwise stated in the service agreement.

Refund and Returns Policy

Ball & Knowledge Inc. strives for complete client satisfaction. Our refund and returns policies are designed to be fair and transparent:

  • If a client is unsatisfied with a completed service or deliverable, a written request for a refund must be made within 14 days of service completion

  • Requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis. If the service did not meet stated objectives and deliverables as outlined in the agreement, a partial or full refund may be issued using the original method of payment.

​

  • Refunds are not available for completed seminars, group workshops, or digital strategy guides once delivered, unless clear technical or administrative errors occurred.

​

  • No refunds are issued for cancellations made less than 24 hours before a scheduled one-on-one session. To reschedule, 24-hour notice is required.

​

  • If Ball & Knowledge Inc. must cancel a session due to unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive the choice of a full refund or a rescheduled session at no additional cost

​

  • For purchases of digital materials through our shop, returns are only accepted in the case of duplicate purchase, technical delivery errors, or non-receipt confirmed by our support team within 7 days of purchase
